for AUT Certificate in Foundation Studies
The AUT Certificate in Foundation Studies is taught at 345 Queen Street in Auckland. This programme is designed to prepare international students for entry into AUT’s undergraduate degrees. Our goal is to equip students with the skills they need to succeed at university.
Schedule
All sessions are held in New Zealand Daylight Time.
Note: If attending orientation online, we strongly recommend using a laptop with a Windows operating system and Google Chrome as the browser for the best experience.

IT Support will be onsite so if you have completed your set up using the Activation guide but are still having technical issues, please bring your devices (Phone and Laptop) with you and our IT team will make sure everything is set up and ready to go. |

This is your chance to get some dedicated one-on-one time with our incredible guests, so make sure you don’t miss it! Come ready with your questions – this is a rare opportunity to connect directly with the people who can help you most. We can’t wait to see you there! Students who finish registering and do not have questions or IT related enquiries are free to go home. |

Before each session:
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
- Set up your microphone and camera
- Use your school log-ins when joining the Orientation sessions if it is available
During Orientation:
- Set-up your school account
- Set up Microsoft Teams
- Set up Outlook
- Submit your subject selection form
